SUMIDA FARM CLASSICS - SHOYU MAYO DRESSING

Nothing beats classic watercress dishes like a Sumida Farm watercress tofu salad. Another classic and simple way to enjoy our watercress is with a mixture of shoyu and mayo. Chef Chris combined the classic tofu watercress salad with an upscaled version of his shoyu mayo salad dressing. We hope you enjoy this new classic as much as we do!
INGREDIENTS
- 2/3C mayo
- 1/2t togarashi
- 3T shoyu
- 2T rice vinegar
- 1t sesame seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix everything together and serve on your favorite Sumida Farm watercress salad, preferably a watercress tofu salad with taegu!
